I'm a registered dietitian who's passionate about helping people build a healthy, more peaceful relationship with food—without extremes, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and am currently completing my Master's in Dietetic Administration through Utah State University. My experience spans clinical nutrition, community and wellness settings, disordered eating, sports, and women's health. I've worked with marathoners, ultra runners, triathletes, and everyday recreational athletes.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me biking, hiking, skiing, or baking sourdough. I've lived in Norway, Spain, Puerto Rico, and several states across the U.S. I also lead humanitarian trips around the world—experiences that have shaped how I approach health, culture, and caring for each person as an individual.
My focus is on helping you move away from disordered eating patterns and toward a confident, flexible, and sustainable relationship with food. We'll build habits that feel doable, not overwhelming, while still supporting goals like weight loss, performance, and overall well-being.
I use a client-centered, practical, and compassionate approach rooted in evidence-based nutrition and motivational interviewing. There's no “perfect” way to eat—just a way that helps you feel stronger, healthier, and more at peace in your body.
